This program is available for any child between the ages of 2 ½ to 6 years and includes a variety of materials, which foster both educational and social development.
This program is reserved for children between the ages of 2 ½ and 3 years. It is offered in order to introduce the extremely young child to the pleasures and routines of school. The same materials and philosophy are presented, but the children attend three consecutive days a week—usually Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, in order to provide continuity in the learning process. To be eligible for this program, your child must be 2 ½ years old by September 1, and cannot turn 3 until after September 30. In addition, state licensing requires these children be potty-trained and out of diapers.

“Montessori Children's House has become like a second home for my family/children. We have driven from Carroll, Ohio for 8 years to keep our children in this fine school. There has been almost no turnover during that time and the entire staff has become like family. In addition, in line with the Montessori philosophy, our children do truly love to learn and we attribute this to the great beginning they had at MCH.”
